Provided relief assistance to Rwanda genocide victims.

Partnered with Médecins sans Frontières and WHO to build secure supply chains to procure cost-effective generics (at a nearly 60% cost reduction) for antiretroviral, anti-tuberculosis and antimalarial medicines, bringing about a breakthrough in treatment provision for millions of afflicted patients around the world.

Relief response to the earthquake in Nazca, Peru.
1998

Severe drought in civil war-ravaged Sudan. 250,000 people at the brink of starvation. Relief provided at a time when Khartoum had banned all international aid flights.
2001

Gujarat earthquake. Partnered with Médecins sans Frontières for the timely delivery of essential food, medicines, tents and doctors.
2004

Tsunami in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. Provided relief to victims in collaboration with World Vision.

He served for a number of years on the advisory board of the centre of new american security, the international council of the belfer centre for science and international affairs at the john f kennedy school of government at harvard university and the harris school of public policy at the university of chicago.
Tobby is a university topper and a special invitee of the indian prime minister in 1998. He has a post graduate degree in management, a graduate of the harvard business school and a research associate at the massachusetts institute of technology.

He has ten years of teaching experience and has been an instructor at Indian Military Academy Dehradun, Military College of Telecommunication Engineering Mhow, Defence Services Staff College Wellington, the Army War College at Mhow and the prestigious National Defence College at New Delhi.
