Context

In 1953, Project Solarium was convened by President Dwight D. Eisenhower to produce consensus among senior officials in the national security community on strategy tocounter the Soviet Union at the beginning of the Cold War.

In a new world order, The U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission was created in 2019 with the objective to find effective strategies to protect against cyber attacks.

Robert Morgus is the Senior Director for the US Cyber Space Solarium Commission Task Force 2 and Laura Bate is Senior Director for the US Space Solarium Commission Task Force 3. Lt Gen Rajesh Pant is the National Cyber Security Coordinator for the Government of India.
