In 1980, when Alvin Toffler wrote The Third Wave, he said ‘Force base warfare will be transformed in the future into knowledge-based warfare.’ We saw this happen in the first Gulf War just about 10 years later. At the end of that war, he wrote his next book War and Anti War along with Heidi Toffler, in which he stated that in the future, the way we make wealth will be the way we make wars. Toffler proved to be right, and I shall explain why.
